New Layout contest

In preparation for the new season, we've decided to hold new layout contest. Last time we had a new layout was when we celebrated the 1000 member mark over half a year ago. Many thanks to felicius_rex for making the previous 2 layouts--she is the reigning champion, ya!

Guidelines
~ must be user-friendly and contain the same menu & link options as the existing layout.
~ must work in IE and Firefox, on PCs and Macs.
~ if there is an image, it must not be more than 200px high (so when you view the website, you can see the first post and links).

Deadline (probably the end of March) and submission detail will be posted later, but this is just a heads-up in case you'd like to work on a layout and have exams coming up. ^_^

EDIT: Aaaaaaand thanks to lulu_quality -- mysterious Chinese guy on a mountain is Hikaru Midorikawa, Rollo is Takahiro Mizushima, and the imperial combat loli the replacement pink one Aniya is Yuko Goto.
