AMV: Finally Robotic Beings Rule the World

"The date was August 10 in the year 2010 of the Imperial calendar. The Holy Britannian Empire had just declared war upon Japan. The Far East island nation had held fast to its neutrality, and now Britannia looms as the world's only superpower."

"It is the distant future: the year 2000! We are robots. The world is quite different ever since the robotic uprising of the late nineties. Finally, robotic beings rule the world!"

I'm not sure why, but mischaracterising a series is my favourite type of AMV humour. My previous attempt made Ouran Host Club look rough, and I knew I had to do something similar for Code Geass, my favourite anime of all time. The perfect song made it possible. Henceforth, knightmare frames do not have people inside them; knightmare frames are our robot overlords! (Or they would be, had we survived their late-nineties uprising.)

This AMV uses clips from episodes 1, 2, 4-13, 18-21, 23-27, 30-36, 39, 44, and 50. I have done my very best to keep it spoiler-free. The song is "Robots" by Flight of the Conchords.

Robo-boogie!
