R2 Picture dramas subbed?

Having bought the Australian release of Code Geass R2 and been disappointed that not one of the picture dramas was on any of the discs... does anyone know where I can find them all, english subbed?

Hey, cg comm! It's kinda rare for me to post here, but I got a request.

As most of you noticed, Code Geass R2 Picture Drama Episodes two and three were already released. But it seems no one is interested in subbing it, unlike what happened with the first Picture Drama for R2.

What I wanna ask is if anyone translated these, is interested in doing so or heard if someone had this interest? Not a summary, but an actual translation.

Edit x2: Okay, the response being overwhelmingly Eclipse between the two, LOL. That's my own fault for not keeping up with knowing who's the good subbers and who's... not.

As for [gg], I actually end up getting bad files from them sometimes. :( My ep 3 is done by them back when it came out and I couldn't play it. Yet their ep 1 and 2 worked fine. I've noticed I occasionally get corrupt downloads from them, across a couple series. So I'd rather just stick with another group. It's frustrating to have to download an ep twice before being able to watch it.

Does anyone know why Shinsen-subs has moved Code Geass to their "On Hold" category? They've just updated that this week. The only reason I could think of for them to do so is that somewhere they heard its in planning to be licensed? (I haven't heard that -- anyone?)

(For that matter, they've suddenly dropped Darker Than Black, which while not related to this comm, also confuses me for the same reason as I haven't heard anything about licensing for that one either.) -- ANSWERED! THX!

Anyone know what's up?

now that the season has finished, and everyone has calmed down from the shocks ~~which i have yet to endure~~, i need some feedback now. since we need to make sure that we don't spoil any new fan to the series, there needs to be a boundary as to where the "spoiler" cut should start to be used.

in other words, where should we start cutting things because they are considered spoilers?

personally, i would say around episode 12 ~~because that's where i'm up to~~, but any other suggestion is fine :D

also, can i request your mom's sub of episode 19 and 23? those two are the only ones missing from my collection... thanks!

Is anyone besides me having problems with gg fansubs in the VLC Media Player? The subtitles don't show up for episodes 15 and 16 at all. I didn't torrent it, I did direct download from the links here although I usually go to the Jun Fukuyama community for those.

I really want to see 15 and 16 but I don't understand anything without fansubs. D:

Have you guys been watching the gg ones or shinsen ones?
Any preference? Currently I'm downloading both because I don't know which to NOT choose...
Of course shinsen ones seem more desirable because they're avi, and I've always thought their quality is not bad, but I've been with gg since the beginning...

( and something has been bothering me about shinsen's subs... )

Was I the only one who thought that Shinsen & Ureshii sub for the Emperor's second line in episode 6 was a little off?
( Possible spoilers for those who have yet to see ep. 6? )

Asking since I'm trying to burn stuff for a friend as part of a get-well present and I'd rather she not end up with odd subs. I personally watch RAWs & gg, since soft subs make taking caps for graphics easier, but the added notes are kind of annoying. So...thoughts?

EDIT: Too many comments, I give up. XD;; Just wanted to thank everyone for their input and I'm glad to see I wasn't the only one who noticed the mis-translation.

Scanlation & fansub question

I did look back a page or two, but excuse me if I missed an entry in which this was previously answered. Anyway, I was wondering if anyone was planning to scanlate the manga, or knew of scanlation team(s) who are planning to take on this project?

I'm very glad for the scans/translations I've found here, but I'm looking forward to seeing it scanlated. ^_~

Also, does anyone know if a fansub group besides gg is interested in subbing the anime? I have been unable to play gg's subs; it's because I have a mac, so I've got issues with playing certain mkv encodes. Yes, I've got msplayer osx as well as vlc, yes, I've asked around about codecs and all that, and have gotten the answer that there simply isn't an 'ideal' mkv player for mac as of now. :P

Any news on this is much appreciated!
