(they are lottery prize figures, so they're kinda rare) It's $15 + $6(shipping) so the total is $21. Yes, it is the same for US and Europe because I live in Asia so they'll be coming from here. :3 I'll combine shipping for purchase of multiple items, but depending on which figures you're getting, the shipping price might change. Based on their weight, you may need to add $1 if you're getting all the CC figures (coz the package will be heavier then).
