Rating: T for now, although overall fic is rated 'M' due to future content

Premise: [AU] Lelouch was born several decades prior and took C.C.'s Code at 18. In present time, he runs into Suzaku and is intrigued by a number of things, one of which is the latter's potential to receive Geass. Keyword being potential.
Stage 08: “Either you take me back to the base and face both a demotion and potential ostracism at Ashford, or you let me help you finish your damn mission and we go back together." (links to ff.net)
