It's a trustworthy blog that people usually link back for new anime information. I think it is probably just saying that the new Code Geass anime is planned for this year...after looking at the comments and other blogs.

If you search コードギアス on twitter, there's a splurge of tweets referring to this blog.

...yeah, the blog's post itself doesn't seem to say anything.

Looking at the other link you posted, it's for new pachinko machines. I'm guessing Sammy is a pachinko company. I'm not surprised at all; it seems like they have new tie-ins for anime pachinko machines all the time. Too bad it's not for a new season. :/
