(unlurk)Actually, I have watched that episode of Kemonozume in question and had looked up the credits at the time, and couldn't find anything about this seiyuu - however, I'm pretty sure he is actually a real kid. It sounds very different from an adult acting as a kid... and like those child actors they brought in for Mushishi. I could upload an audio sample if you'd like me to.
