I...highly doubt Time Magazine will name Code Geass best show on television. For one, it's anime and I don't think they go for foreign shows at all. Besides, even though those two shows were under the radar, they're much more well-known over here, relatively. For two, it's not nearly as topical as BSG and the Wire, and downright silly in parts to bot.
