I agree. I also love the way Suzaku's denial of Lulu's life reminds us of the Emperor's words to his son seven years ago. It seems Lelouch makes the same connection and you can see his reaction to those words all over his face (and the fact that he finally points his gun at Suzaku). :-)

MAYBE SPOILERS TO STAGE 0 ???

Also, I'm not sure about that, but I think that according to Stage 0 Suzaku killed his dad in order to protect Lelouch and Nunally, which gives Suzaku's words a whole new meaning.
