I don't think it's fanservice. IT'S THE WORK OF A SICK PERVERTED MIND WHO CONTROLLED THE ANIMATORS AND SAID "NINA SHALL BE LEZZZZZZZBO FOR EUPHIE!!"

I remember freaking out at that certain episode when she was alone in the dark...

I was okay with Nina before (I never really paid any mind to her.) but after that episode, my thoughts about her changed COMPLETELY.
