Clarification on "Knight"

Forgive me for posting again so soon, but I have yet another request. I recently procured "Knight" via my superb skills at buying from Japanese sites, and I am interested in who draws what of the 20-something sections. I fail at the Japanese language and apparently recognizing regular artists. I was hoping someone else who has "Knight" might be able to translate the credit page.

While all of it was hilarious and wonderful, I had particular delight in the Britannian sections, specifically the Euphie/Lelouch story that tied into current canon. When I'm not feeling like crap, I might scan that portion.

I always though Euphie was older or at least the same age. Somehow she looks younger in that

Actually, I'm pretty sure that scene in the story is a flashback as well. ^^;

It's a flashback. When I said it ties into current canon, I was referring to the end of the story.
