I just love the contrasting colors, as well as the position of each couple's hands. C.C. and Lelouch's conjoined hands are above, while Suzaku and Euphemia's held hands are lower. Add to that, the Lelouch holding his staff is lower than Suzaku holding his sword upright.

Maybe I'm being too analytical. 8D

You probably are. I was meaning the colors of the flowers C.C. and Euphemia are holding; the only thing I can sense in the meaning of Euphie holding black flowers symbolizes her death. *shrugs*
