Someone probably a guy did a comparative study of *cough* female bust sizes in Code Geass.
His conclusion:
Millay > Marianne > Inoue > Karen > Cornelia > Viletta > Cecil > Chiba > Rakshata > Euphemia > Shirley > C.C. > Sayoko > Nina > Nunnally > Kaguya.

need a study of something male, too.
