For those in the USA, it sounds like you have many choices......
Part one release contains episodes 1-9 on two DVDs.
(August 5th release date)
Single DVDs 24.98
Regular edition 39.99 (the 2 DVDs)
Limited edition 74.99 (with the Original Soundtrack, the Sound Episode I CD and the first volume of manga)

Part two release contains episodes 10-17 on two DVDs.
(October release)
Limited edition (with Sound episode II CD and the manga)

Part three release contains episodes 18-25 on two DVDs.
(January 2009 release)
Limited edition (with Original Soundtrack II, Sound Episode III CD and the manga)

hm? that's a goooood question. would they sell dubbed cd dramas? or the original with a translated script inside? hmmmm.
i prefer fukujun...even if i can't understand him.

I'd prefer a script inside too but I wonder...
Very curious as how this turns out because then maybe our releases will get the same treatment and that would be awesome^^

And the manga I assume it's the "lelouch" one, not Suzaku or Nunnally ne?
