The Tamaki is from the Black Rebellion, which doesn't make sense as those memories shouldn't have been wiped.

I think the Suzaku is more of her remembering that he was the one that captured Zero than a real flashback. In the next episode probably, she'll ask about it which is what "calling him out" means, I guess? xD

Orange-kun's geass canceler also canceled the Emperor's mindhax, too. It makes sense that she would all of a sudden remember stuff from the Black Rebellion.
