Absolutely! Especially after Laksharta's and Asahina's remarks this episode! The fact that all of Zero's right-hand men are Britannians and are known to be really loyal to the empire are bound to set some people off. And what was included in the information Asahina got from that OoBK member? He sent it to Toudou. That OoBK member was involved in the massacre...
