So many questions left unanswered

However My biggest complaint is: What the fuck was Geass? Who made it? Why did they make it? When did they make it? Are they still alive? On Jupiter?

A whole 2 seasons and nothing said other than a power of kings, Code which seems to be the evolution of having a Geass, and that it was created/made long ago.

It can't be Chiba, she's in between Ougi and Anya...
And the blue-haired Black Knight (Sugiyama) is next to Tamaki

It goes something like this:
Todo, Kallen, ??, Gino, Tianzi, Xingke
Kaguya, Sugiyama, Tamaki, Ougi, Chiba, Anya

I'm looking through a list of characters from Code Geass and I can't find anybody who fits that person description. The other person died first season.

Maybe it was just some random annoying passerby Or maybe it was Kanon, he kinda does fit the description. Yes it has to be Kanon he's the only person I could see being up there.
