Part 2 DVDs

Thought I'd let everyone know that the second set of US DVDs for Geass have been dated.  Code Geass Part 2 Limited Edition, Regular Edition, and Discs 3 and 4 will all be released on December 2nd.  Amazon, Right Stuf, and Barnes and Noble all have them up for preorder, but there is no info yet on what is in the limited edition. (Or photos for that matter.)

I also have a question: has anyone found the first Code Geass novel in stores yet?  According to Amazon it should have been released last Tuesday, but they're not even shipping yet.

Thank you for posting ... I have a question. I am watching it on [adult sucky swim] and I DO want to get the box sets so I am wondering is this box set the second half of the first season? They don't make it very clear on Amazon and since our Suncoast got closed I haven't been to FYE cause their anime at the local store is very limited.

As far as I know, the series is being released in 3 sets. And this release starts from Stage 10.

If it's four per disc, should be episodes 10-17, taking you past the Mao arc.

You sure you're not confusing it for Stage 1 novel or one of the manga volumes to be released in December?

I asked my local B&N and it turns out that they don't even have a vendor who sells the book.

However, I have it on order from Barnes & Noble Borders and they current have one copy of it in transit. It sounds like any Borders store that gets the novel will only order ONE copy of it, as opposed to four for the first volume of the Lelouch of the Rebellion manga.

Ah, I was just at Borders yesterday. I thought the novel was released early last week, but I checked the store and it's "coming in" and you could reserve it. Then again, the only places I've seen the Code Geass mangas at all (English or not) are at conventions and Japanese bookstores :\ I'm probably not going to rely on B&N or Borders for these...

Yeah, I ordered the first novel from borders and it was supposed to be released in september but nothing has come yet/no shipping notice. I was just about to contact them about it. :(
