I bet that Shirley would be in this cover, since the episodes in the DVD are TURN 11, 12 and 13... but at least, I would like it more if there was Lelouch somewhere. T___T

The black character in the background is surely C.C.! ^-^

It's C.C. in the background. You can also notice the three belt protrusions around the top of Jeremiah's head.
