As said in the description, this is a CG Xmas postcard I scanned from Animedia 12/2008
The reason why the quality of the picture is medium is due to the little dimensions (it's only a postcard after all...): it was impossible to make a satisfactory HQ scan...
Still, there was another shot of him in the same magazine, on a whole page this time around, but he is partially covered in japanese text and also the picture is not as complete as you can see it here.

This "imouto" is moe.imouto.org. A lot of my Code Geass scans from Animepaper were also uploaded there by someone else, so I finally took the liberty of making an account and uplaoding my own stuff myself. >_>;

That's the first thing I thought when I saw this. XD

It looks like he's wearing a monocle (but it also looks like there's a little curvy piece of metal on his nose that looks like the thing glasses have that rest on the bridge of the nose) so now he also reminds me of Mr. Peanut.

Yea, it's a monocle! You can see the chain to the monocle is not 2 sides but actually 1 side. I just knew it after you mentioned!
