Frankly the only thing saving these polls, is lelouch being there. /ok, i am biased, but hey, rurush deserves to be on top-3 HANDS down. as a gurren lagann chara should be there as well, whether that being kamina or simon. probably simon, being the main chara but yeah. 2+3 to SEED jesus-es charas. GOD, no.

Just goes to show how different Japanese fans' attitudes often are in general to Western fans - see Americans Hate Tingle (http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/AmericansHateTingle), which has an entry for Gundam Seed. (Either that or there are legions of screeching 12-year-olds on either side of the Pacific who think the Gundam Seed characters are TEH AWSUMZ because they haven't watched anything else.)
