Actually the article is about 95% (almost perfect) male characters..

The article says that 100% perfect guys are boring and guys with a little weakness are unexpectedly lovable.

Lelouch is one of the guys mentioned. Other characters include Light (Death Note), Abe Takaya (Oofuri), Setsuna and many other Gundam series characters, Gintoki (Gintama), Mukuro (Reborn!), Roy Mustang (FMA), Izaya(DRRR!!), Yukimura (Sengoku BASARA), Italia Veneciano (Hetalia) and etc.

I didn't scan this article as it's mostly words and hardly any pictures.

Well, the sentence in the middle says..

"童貞っぽさ" が 感動を生んだ..?! ('pure boy-ness' gave birth to deep emotions?!)

童貞 means virginity but 童貞っぽさ means more like 'pure boy-ness' in this context (imo).

Actually, the article says Lelouch's charm point is intelligence and it also talks about how ignorant Lelouch is about girls and their feelings for him.. which is perhaps one of his weakness.

Forgot to write about the 母性本能 part... actually this doesn't Lelouch is a Mama's boy. The page says "母性本能をくすぐる". This is somewhat like a Japanese phrase and it means that 'to make others feel that they are needed'. It means that Lelouch makes Kallen, Shirley.. feel that way... How? "ダメっぷりが母性本能をくすぐってた?!" Perhaps it's because Lelouch's 'uselessness' make them feel that way?

That makes sense. In the Love Attack episode Shirley decides that even though she's angry at Lelouch she's not going to give up on him because he's obviously so messed up that he needs her. As for Kallen, Zero's general weakness in battle makes him need her quite badly.

I don't think CLAMP knows how material works, in general. Either that or everyone in Code Geass uses ridiculously thin and/or stretchy materials and are perpetually cold.

Oh, of course. I stand corrected. I always think of Geass as being a CLAMP anime when it isn't. *facepalm*. Well, anyway. The point still stands.

It's a common misconception. CLAMP did do the character designs for CG, but they don't do the animation or anything else. Their versions of Lelouch make him look more like Kamui than this... idk, Lulujandro Latin Lover version. It could also be Sakou Yukie's evolution of art, 'cause her original versions of Lelouch were a lot more... reserved (while still pretty, er... well, you can see). Her stuff seems to be marketed more towards fangirls.

All in all, there are a couple of different artists that do official stuff for spreads/magazines/dvd booklets/etc. Ishida Kana does stuff more like this and tends to do stuff more for Newtype like featuring the girls more too. Sakamoto Shuuji does a bit, again the Newtype sort of stuff. There's also Kimura Takahiro who stuff is generally more well known and he does most of the animating or adapting CLAMP's designs for the anime. He's considered the official official artist for Code Geass.
