another voice-post/voice-recording meme!

Hello everyone! ^_^ So, I'm writing this post to introduce an idea angelemperor  and I have been sitting on for quite some time - basically, an extension of anlaaria 's lovely voice-post meme.

For those of you who have no idea what I'm talking about, that meme involved authors reading out snippets of their fics for everyone else's listening pleasure. As one of the participants, I just have to say it was terrifying at first a lot of fun, and it's always great to hear what everyone sounds like in real life (if only to convince ourselves that we're all real people -- *bricked*)

So anyway, we thought we could extend the fun by starting a similar meme of sorts: we'd still be doing voice-posts (or voice-recordings, if you prefer), but this time we'd be reading each other's work: a snippet from a chapter of a longfic, or an entire one-shot - whatever you please!

For now this post is mainly a way to gauge who's in and how many we are, so if you're interested in joining please drop a comment (anything from "I'm in" to "And now all the pre-existing conditions have been cleared!! *cackle*" is fine) below! Also, if for any reason there's a fic of yours you don't want read aloud, please include that in your comment as well; otherwise we'll assume your entire body of work is up for claims.

We'll figure out the logistics once we see how many we are. Ideally, every participating author gets at least one of his/her works read as well, and hopefully it all works out by itself. Questions, suggestions, etc. are all welcome, so fire away!

Go ahead! The number of fics you've written doesn't matter-- as long as you have at least one or two (heck, even if they're just drabbles) you're welcome to participate. ^_^
