Just adding some info... PASH! magazine targeting female as their reader, so that's why the cover, content, all bishounen. I still remember the first cover for PASH!.. it's AsuKiraShinn. Although I like SuzuLulu/LuluSuzu, I think that this series will probably be more like Death Note in it's handling of homo pairings. There'll never be anything more than a few suggestive illustrations/situations and they'll leave the rest to yaoi fangirls.

It's the thing he wears under his casual wear, typically the red jacket. Suzaku is probably used to it since I doubt Lelouch wears his jacket around him all the time. Suzaku probably realized as a child that Lelouch's fashion tastes were... different and has learned to accept. ^^;;
