It's the thing he wears under his casual wear, typically the red jacket. Suzaku is probably used to it since I doubt Lelouch wears his jacket around him all the time. Suzaku probably realized as a child that Lelouch's fashion tastes were... different and has learned to accept. ^^;;

Different.Uh,I guess you could put it that way.But he looked like a total nerd in like the first episode when he had to be pulled up.Although the sailor suit looked cute on him.X3
I think the eccentric style comes from his royal lineage.But who knows.Suzaku has learned to cope.But Sayako hasn't.XDDD
