It really looks like it and would make quite a lot sense in this picture, but what I don't get is that he's supposed to have a black shirt underneath the Zero suit. Nanaly is blocking too much for me to even make a guess.

According to official images from the magazine, under Zero's mantle and suit , he wears long black gloves and a black turtle-neck T-shirt with no sleeves. (It will be much easier to figure out if you see those pictures.)

Lulu is sad because he's forced to sing due to popular demand. The second drama CD certainly isn't as cracked up as the first one, and judging from the contents, it'll be mostly about parts that the anime was supposed to cover but was cut deleted in the final version.
