I have no idea who Lacus is, but having looked up the name, they appear to be from Gundam Seed; if you mean where are the two pink haired Princesses, this chapter would have been released before their first TV appearance, so they're not on here; Cordelia is mentioned, but not pictured. :)

I'm not sure if Clovis is 3rd in line for the throne. The first princess or Cornelia may be before him, considering he's just the 3rd prince. (Lulu's the 11th prince, according to...er, x_regg...and he's the 17th in line, after all)

Someone still had a very busy seven years all the same, though.

This came out before the episode in which the Princesses appeared, so I expect they were keeping the mystery! XD
