Surprised to see...

I was looking through the photos I took back In August when I was in Tokyo and look at what I spied...!




It's a picture of the doorway of Animate in Akiba, but if you look up in the upper right and left corners, they had prepublicity posters up for Code Geass! Of course, I didn't really register them at the time...but there they are! lol! These things come back to haunt me! XD I'd have taken better pictures if I'd know then what I know now!

She's actually one of the girls from the maid cafes that are all round Akiba these days; she was handing out her leaflets! ^-^ No maid handed me one, since I am the wrong gender! XD

Well, they're for otaku to come in and drink tea with the lovely maids really. And they might play games (console games) or sing karaoke with you at some of them, I think. :) The concept of the Maid Cafe is quite innocent anyway, as that's the fantasy (the Butler Cafes for the ladies are all in Ikebukuro! lol)

ah... so it is. But it costs heck if you visit often. sometimes buy them expensive gifts...

And they pay pretty well if you're popular of course.

Omg. Animate. Last time I went to Akihabara, I didn't see it. Could you tell me the whereabouts of the location? Thinking of heading there at the end of the month, so.

As you come out of the station at the Electric Town exit, you turn right (so you walk past the huge K books on the left hand side of the road and up to Gamers on the corner), and then right again and just keep on walking down the street; it's on the right hand side of the road. :)

I've had a look at their website and they have a few Code Geass things already. :)
