You know that little rule fandomsecrets has, about not allowing in-character secrets? ic_secrets is, predictably, the exact opposite. Any character from any RP-verse is welcome - accepting multiples, no need for apps, accepting OCs, etcetera.

N-new community is just getting on it's feet, so please to be checking us out!
