EDIT: From ANN, "Bandai Entertainment announced its North American acquisition of Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion, which is confirmed for an American television broadcast during 2008."

Yay for spelling Yuuutsu with 3 u's in a row and not twoI knew Bandai would be the one to get it if it were licensed since Geass is by Sunrise. Sunrise stuff is always licensed by Bandai, as far as I know.
