WHO KNOWS. I personally think he's related to Lelouch, they look a lot alike and Geass is so predictable sometimes. I don't really know what that would contribute to the plot though.

I thought that too, because of the eyes. I was confused when I first saw him though, like 'wtf is a girl doing in Lulu's uniform?' Whoops.
