C) A failed 'copy' of Lelouch, with a bad haircut.
D) Originally one of Lelouch's rough designs that they didn't want to scrap.
E) A complete random 5 second BG character.
F) A mix or all of the above.

I can't keep myself from being so amused at Suzaku's outfit. The CAPE. Lelouch is clearly giving him some fashion pointers. Now Suzaku just needs to start practicing his dramatic posing since Lulu still has him beat there.

The new fellow's face reminds me of someone. That facial expression is eerily familiar. I want to say Lelouch's mother. If anything, he totally has the royal family eyebrows.
