Johnny Yong Bosch is doing Lelouch. Well he is a good voice actor but I am not sure his voice fits Lelouch. At least not what I've seen from him.

Crispin Freeman's voice isn't young enough I think...

He played Kyon in Haruhi recently and he's about the same age as Lelouch and he did fine. Crispin has a good enough range that I think he could do it.
