On an unrelated note, I love that song you're listening to. ♥

Bandai does do a good job - I enjoyed the Haruhi dub except for the english singing, but Lucky star dub hurts my ears x_x
I think I'll just avoid the TV more than I already do when April rolls around ^^;

Same! They did dubbed some of my other favorites too like Ghost in the Shell, Wolf's Rain and Witch Hunter Robin. And all those dubs were great. ^^ And I don't like Lucky Star to being with, so I lucked out? XD/
LOL, ditto. I might still watch it for the lulz.

Is your username a reference to the anime with the same name by any chance? Out of random curiosity.

Well, the fandom got weird after the dub aired, anyway. And I was never one for reading the manga, so I've pretty much forgotten all about it. (Wow, the manga still goes on, even now? That's some perseverance, Hiromu Arakawa.

Yeah it did. The dub brought in A LOT of fangirls. Specifically Edward and his voice actor fangirls. And yes, the manga is still going~ It's rumored to be ending soon, though. It has... 70-something chapters? Maybe 80-something. I don't remember. XD

I guess I really want more fans of the non-Adult-Swim-watching sort D:.

I almost hate to say it, but I think CG has the ability to attract a pretty wide fanbase -- it can be political, but it's also about great characters who have appeal for just about anyone (and let's be honest, there's also tons of fanservice). Then again, so far it already has garnered a big fanbase, and things have been pretty good in the fandom as far as I can tell -- it seems like we're a pretty laid-back, fun-loving bunch ^_^ So
unless we get a bunch of dumb intro posts that say "lol I luv Ruruchu and Suzie!!!111" or "OMG KALLEN'S B00bs!"... I think we'll be fine ^^no subject
I think more fans will be nice, though. I really doubt that it'll be as insane as FMA fandom got when that dub came out. Sure, it might attract some dumb fans, but I'm sure it'll attract a lot of smart ones, too.

I'm also conflicted about the idea of the show having more fans. We'll just have to see, and hope for the best, I guess.

So it's sort of ironic the black ranger gets to voice the black prince @__@

I don't have cable, so I won't bother watching it on Adult Swim. But I'm kind-of scared that we'll get a bunch of Geass-tards. :
