I'm guessing it's slang for calling for Pizza is just one phone call away, or something.
Also the kanji on the piece of paper is 満 from what I can tell. I'm going to go out on a limb and I'm going to guess it means "full" in referring to C.C. being full after eating the pizza. But I'm not sure if that's correct at all.
I personally don't like Pizza Hut at all (or Pizza) :(
oh THANK YOU for pointing out that kanji. It was bugging me lol...I'm horrible at using my kanji dictionary so I must have missed it the first couple times around. I think you're right ^_^
(and *gasp* you don't like pizza? ....actually I prefer the pizza at my school of all places [more sauce = tastes better] so I guess that makes me weird :-D)
