Questions re: Geass use in R2 eps 2 & 4

I've got a couple questions about how Lelouch used the Geass in eps 2 and 4.

EP 2: I read that Lelouch Geassed the eunuch prince to get him to allow the Black Knights into the consulate. When would Lelouch have had an opportunity to do that?

EP 4: You know when Lelouch saves Rolo? I read somewhere that he engineered that situation earlier when he Geassed that one Knightmare pilot to do one thing if Zero was getting away, and another if Zero was about to get caught. The thing I read said the two contingencies somehow created the situation where he could save Rolo.

Is that true? Cause otherwise I can't figure out what that Geass was supposed to accomplish. But if Lelouch *did* mean to create an opportunity to save Rolo, how would the 2 different actions come into it? And why was Lelouch all freaked out and going "I don't want to die this way" if he had a plan

You might want to fix your lj-cut :)

Right, fix the cut.

But as to your questions, well, for episode 2, wouldn't that be easy? All he had to do was just say he wanted a private meeting, and sha-bam he could have geassed the Eunuch, easily, no? It's a matter of timing.

Yeah, what summermusings said, as for Lelouch geassing David. It is possible, though it is not really explained, I just would like to call that episode a 'Just as planned' episode, where everyone that would go right for Lelouch, happens. XP

Epi 4: I think he was freakin' out, thinking the timing might be off and he might be hit at the wrong part of his Knightmare. :'o

your cut is parallel to what you need to cut.

aka it's not cutting ;__;

ep4: there's a scene that shows (ie. lelouch geassing the pilot to take a route if one scenario works out or not, it's shown a bit after all the dramas) that lelouch did devise this plan to "save" rolo, though the whole guilford throwing his... whatever at lelouch was not planned so that was prbly why lelouch was all "GUH."

It's because Sunrise is comprised of three words:
