figma.BP Suzaku Unveiled

Goodsmile Company announced today its and Max Factory's special figurines to be sold at Wonder Festival 2008 [Summer]. From Max Factory comes figma.BP Kururugi Suzaku! He will be the perfect complement to the figma.BP Lelouch released earlier this year.

figma.BP Suzaku stands about 160mm tall, retails for 2,500 yen, and comes with several sets of hands, various face parts, hissing Arthur, and a spare face part for figma.BP Lelouch. Spinzaku not included.

figma.BP Suzaku will NOT be available through regular means, i.e. an online import store, so you won't be able to order him through Play-Asia or AmiAmi or the like. When it comes to WF items, GSC/MF tend to only make a few thousand for preorder at the Festival and they will only take build-to-order requests for about a week after the event.

GoodSmile will sell it in their online store for a couple of days. So although it'll be more pricy, it wouldn't be insanely overpriced.

Indeed, that's a modded Lelouch. figma has only made Lucky Star, Haruhi, Fate/stay night, Ikki Tousen, and Nanoha figurines besides Lelouch so far.

GSC will announce the online order window in mid-July, which will probably be a week-long period from 8/4 through 8/10. There will probably be a max limit of three per address, too. Just order it online and it will be delivered in Japan in a few months.

That's pretty outrageous- a figma.BP Suzaku only costs about 5000 yen MAX to get in Japan, and I bought both of mine for $35 apiece. The way you make your sales pitch, including that high starting bid, makes it sound like you're trying to scalp people on purpose. God, I did hold an auction for four figma Suzaku figurines straight from WF preorders at one point due to demand, and the starting bid of $55 only ended at $90.
