I can't hold it in, I really need to talk about this episode!

Gosh, usually I can hold in all of my excitment when I finish watched a Code Geass episode, but I was constantly screaming and going NOOO througout this episode.

First: Woah? What's with all of the bondage in this episode? There's Kallen all strapped up, and then that one girl who's on the same side with Xing Ke (gosh,I can't remember her name ): ) And in the end there's Kallen in CC's old uniform. (Tian Zi's uber close teary faced shot during the meeting was hentai-esque too.)

Second: What happened with Anya and CC? I assumed CC's contact with Anya made her see some of Anya's memories or something? Slowly revealing to the viewers there is some relationship between Anya and Lelouch, like they grew up together, or she was a crazy stalker in the Palace.

Third: Shirley & Lelouch on the phone -> Like woah I almost thought Lelouch was like in love love with Nunnally. Kinda blew my mind for a second, this is going to cause some more incest.

Fourth: SayokoxShirley? Wat.

Fith: Anya in Middle School uniform... I thought she was 17 or something? Is this just pushing the Loli, or just sporting her taste in fashion (I quite like Ashford female uniform better than the Middle School one) She's 14! I read she was 17 and couldn't believe it, glad to know she's 14 though.

I need to watch this episode over again a few times to clear things up. I hope I didn't miss any tiny details that surprise people and are overlooked (like in the 1st episode with the Emperor's geass, It completely missed that)

Woah, woah, woah, what the hell happened to Kallen?! DX< After being so "MUST SAVE KALLEN" in the last one, Lelouche sure doesn't seem all that worried about her. Which I really don't get because Suzaku has pretty much shown he's willing to turn anyone over to the Emporer, which would mean she's probably as good as dead. Man, I hope 12 clears that up and she just doesn't drop off the show for a while like Cornelia.

Other than that, hearing Gino call Lelouche senpai was pretty hysterical. XD

Oh and about the second point, my theory is that Anya might have been the one to kill Marianne and those were flashbacks of the day when she did kill her and saw Leouche and Nunally too, but really, who knows. XD

Kallen will probably be forced into a marriage with Gino. I'm sure she'll show up again, I remember some scans of her in Britannian clothes so I don't think she'll be treated poorly either. (they were sketches from a magazine, I don't remember where it was, but if you really want it I can go searching for them xD)

Lol, what I thought was funny between Gino and Lelouch encounter was when Lelouch moves away when Gino places his hand on him xD (He's probably feeling jealous of Gino and Suzaku's current relationship)

I just finished posting up my nonsensical ramblings about this episode on my LJ and the one thing that stuck with my is Gino. How old is he? I really thought he was older than the schooling age..I will feel like a bit of an idiot now if someone tells me he's only about 17 or something x_x

So... how old is Gino, then? Since he called Lelouch "senpai," you'd think he's younger? Or does that just refer to Lelouch being in a higher grade?

And if Gino is in a lower grade than Lelouch, what the hell has that noble boy been doing his entire life?

Considering Gino and Anya's (possible) ages, you'd think they were brought up learning how to use Knightmares. They'd have to be, to be able to pilot them so well that they're Knights of Rounds... Or, at least, I think so...
Kinda reminds me of Rolo and his upbringing as a timehaxx assassin.

Was Sunrise attempting to make up for the Rolo/Lelouch fanservice way back in episode 7 or something, geez? Karen, Shirley, Sayoko and CC's gratuitous crotch shot. Wow.

The more I see the Tianzi, the more I like her. She's adorable. And I'm glad she's sort of getting a backbone.

I can't wait to see how Suzaku and Karen are going to interact. That should be fun. >:D

Waaaaah Kallen! Be strong! Suzaku better not hurt her or else I really can't forgive him. If he has a bone to pick with Lulu that's understandable but don't drag Kallen into this. She's innocent.

I really hope Anya's not actually Marianne's clone or was the one that killed Marianne. That wasn't the idea I got at all when I watched the scene with C.C. and Anya's memories.

Hah, I think I've been secretly hoping the end of this episode would happen at some point ever since Suzaku re-enrolled at Ashford. Lulu backing away in terror from Gino was great. I bet it was Anya's idea. Whether she's doing this for Nunnally or has some other agenda who knows.

Why do I get the feeling that Kallen will get Geassed by Lelouch's Father and end up on the battlefield against BK? D: Perhaps the Drama of it seems rather appealing so Sunrise may do it...

Perhaps Anya was just a kid that hung around Lelouch as well? I mean she obviously was pretty young to have been around Lelouch when he was 7-8, I wouldn't be surprised if they were childhood friends or something.

Also I doubt the clone thing due to the fact she sees Marianne in her flashback as well. She'd be way too young to be a soldier to kill them also unless they're pulling some old aging thing with Anya and shes stuck at 14 forever.

This is what makes me want to see more ASAP :) Someone needs to explain why Anya's lack of facial expression is like C.C's. She'd probably look a lot like CC with her hair down and dyed green. CC obviously knows something from what she said when she got the shock. Hmm... She couldn't have been a secret clone of CC or anything, could she?

First: Eh. Fanservice. Can't help it. Kallen getting shipped of to Britannia wasn't all too surprising. I'm just worried about the consequences of this. There are two ways I see this playing out. One, brainwipe. Which would effectively ruin it, since she has a lot of potential now that she's in Britannia. Her character is in sore need of development. Especially on the whole 'hating the Britannian side of her' thing. She really, really needs to get over that. Hopefully, it'll be my second choise: used as bait for C.C. Lelouch is important and all, but since Lelouch was also used as C.C. bait, it seems like the Big Bads want C.C. a lot more.

Second: I was interested in the sudden C.C. and Anya syncro and the exchange between Lelouch and C.C. more than anything else in the episode. My character radar wasn't even on Anya (I was a bit intrigued when I heard she was obsessed with blogging memories, but that was about it...) until I heard rumors early on in the season and saw the pictures of younger Marianne. Now I'm really interested in what they have planned for her. Especially her tatoo. I kinda like the Marianne copy theory, but she also might be a childhood friend (or perhaps an illegitimate sibling, if her Knightmare's name has anything to do with it) that was used for Geass experiments?

Third: Oh, Shirley >___> The power of love thing was kinda cheesy, but I like how the writers keep poking fun at Lelouch's lack of experience in love affairs. Yanno, I know Ashford is important to Lelouch...but I want more Geass plot, plzkthx. Almost halfway through the series here, people! Let's get a move on!

Also, I was rather amused with Lelouch and C.C.'s affectionate banter. Despite having shipped them for so long, this was where I realized how far their relationship has come; they've passed their cold partnership and entered into something akin to mutual affection. Nice. I had a feeling the 'boya' and 'majo' thing would stick.

And does anyone else think that Zero's coat hanger is the coolest thing in the world? >___> I want something like that though I'll probably stab myself in the eye when trying to open it

It would make sense that they'd use Kallen as bait, but then again it wouldn't make sense. I think they used Lelouch as bait because they knew he had some significant bond with CC previously, I dono if Kallen and CC have anything to do with each other, and I think the only reason CC would really want Kallen back is to help Lelouch, I'm sure they'll use her to do something crappy to Zero.

Why would they clone Marianne though? That's my question.

Lol! I know, I really like Geass plot over Ashford. I think Ashford was appropriate first season because Lelouch was in school and stuff.. but now Geass is so much more important.

Yup! I'm sure everyone's sick of the Arthurian parallels with Code Geass, but I think it's reasonable to suspect Anya due to her frame's name. I'm hoping that they're going to use at least some of the Mordred parallels, since I see a lot of potential with it. But who knows?

Ok am I the only person who thought that rather than to screw over Lelouch or Kallen it's possible Suzaku had her transferred to him because he was trying to be a good guy and save her life?!?!?!

Yeah, Lelouch is pissed about it, but let's be honest, from Suzaku's perspective there was no reason to think Zero was going to somehow manage to turn things around and ummm win. ^_^;; Considering the Eunuchs are planning on killing Xingke, his cool Chinese assistant whose name slips my mind and even Tian-Zi, would it be so shocking for them to kill Kallen too?? Unless you know for sure it is something horrible from some sort of spoilers, I'd prefer to give Suzaku the benefit of the doubt and think maybe he actually thought he was helping her. He was the one who apologized to her before the battle started in 06 and in 08 seemed horrified by Zero selling out the Black Knights. ^_^;;

The outfit Kallen ends in is the typical Britannian prisoner uniform. It's the same one Suzaku wore in 4 when they thought he killed Clovis.

2. I want to say somehow Anya is going to prove connected to the royal family and knowing chibi!Lulu. Since didn't CC have a similar sort of short circuit that time she touched Suzaku except he had all those foreshadowing memories of killing his Dad and some nekkid sequences, yeah!! fan-service!!

3. Yeah the Lelouch/Nunnally on the phone just blew my mind completely. lol

And I seriously think Gino is the first character I have ever seen who looks awful in a school uniform. I so hope he goes back to his KoR outfit. ;;_;;

Ok this episode was badass. I kinda figured he was gonna start a revolt when he got all upset and started talking to the chinese consorts all pissed about trying to kill the empress and walking over and munipulating the chinese people, but I laughed my ass off when they did it. i'm glad the black knights and the chinese federation are on good terms (really) now. whateve V.V is doing is creeping me out. I hope Lulu is able to save Kallen, her capture is a definit NONO. I was kinda suprised that zero started looking for the people who create the geas users but maybe I missed something in another episode.

since his freak out over Nannaly he's started to change how he does things and thinks, not as quick to use people and throw them away, well in some cases anyway. he really seems to be getting close to Kallen too (shes hooked already), but then theres the thing with C.C as well. I had a complelt and utter lulu C.C moment when she just striped in front of him and lay there half naked. to bad Lulu seems to be above bouts of teenage hormoan moments. but I did laugh when shirly was descibing the power of love and Lulu's thoughts automaticly went to Nannaly lmao.

Lulu has already shown he's pretty good with knightmare fighting from a distence but now that he has his own (without C.C) helping him out) knightmare I wonder if he's gotton any better at actully close range fighting. The thing with C.C and Anya suprised me! I was like WTF. C.C seems to know whats up though. I wonder if shes a contractor like C.C it would explain why she acts like she does.

This season is shaping up to be just as badass as the first. and on an ending note, I am officialy freaked out about the rounds knights being at Ashford, really! as if Back stabbing little bastard Suzaku wasn't enough!.

I mean wtf...
... is with that development with xingke and tianzi. My mind was screaming LOLICON all the way. And xingke's reactions were all too -.-
... is with that Tianzi moment when she had that 10 seconds close up on her face. I thought that only happens in really bad animes where the poor damsel in distress calls out to her saviour.
... is with that over dramatism i thought it was a bit too exaggerated

Second: I actually don't really like the theory floating around with Anya being Marianne's clone. The idea of her being Marianne's illegitimate child, on the other hand, would be interesting...not to mention I love allusions and cultural references that are thrown into Geass.

Fourth: Ahaha...Sayako is an amazing woman. I was a bit confused on why Shirley was all sad faces though.

Fifth-ish: Gino looks weird in a school uniform. Also, why do I get this feeling that Gino and Anya are partly placed in school to continue the Ashford antics for when Milly leaves? And I don't know if I'm in the minority here, but I'm actually looking forward to the next episode. Loves her crack (ballerina!Lulu FTW) and Kaichou.
