Luciano's seiyuu

Does anyone know who Luciano's seiyuu is? His voice seemed familiar to me, but I just can't find out who voiced him.

According to wiki, is voice actor is Atsushi Kisaichi, same as Asahina.

This website (http://trainwreck.ggkthx.org/2008/07/27/lucianos-va-asahinas-va/) thinks that it's the same VA as Asahina's. Not sure though, they kinda match.
