 I just stumbled upon this site. Apparently the owner got a hold of Suzaku and Lelouch figma and crack ensures:

There was a massive flood of figma Suzaku on Yahoo! Auction Japan about a day after the WF, and there are still about two dozen listed there now. They are being sold around 3,500 yen to 4,500 yen (~$33-$43) without shipping, but you'd need a Japanese bank account for most of them and most of the sellers won't ship overseas.

eBay is another option, but I think it's terribly overpriced due to bidding wars there.

You can also try Googling "figma Suzaku" to see if another place or person is offering it for sale.
