And I think that is Suzaku in the back, but the profile is drawn differently from how it usually is in the anime...so I'm not sure?

I dunno... the shadow in the background looks kind of like Rolo's since there's no mullet the shadow of the hair doesn't seem long enough to match Suzaku's.

Then again, I could be totally wrong...

That's definitely Suzaku's shadow :) The first DVD cover had Rolo's shadow... maybe the third will have Suzaku and the KoR?
