Code Geass Season One DVD issues

Bandai's Response to Disc issue.

If you're having issues with your Code Geass discs, you simply have to use this form and explain to them what the problem is. However, I suggest not putting your personal mailing address in the contact form because it's not being sent over a secure server. From the looks of the article on ANN, the majority of the problems are with Volume 2.

at what point is the disc supposed to mess up? because I was skimming through mine and it worked ok.

I bought the SE box set and the issue I have is with DVD 2. I already took it back to best buy and exchanged it but I had the same problem. Bandai sent me a paper to fill out and send it to them with the dvd. I would suggest contacting bandai about it.

I already contacted Bandai and haven't heard anything from them. I suppose they have a backlog of messages, heh.

They just replied to me yesterday. And that was after I sent them 2 emails.
