Bandai's Response to Disc issue.

If you're having issues with your Code Geass discs, you simply have to use this form and explain to them what the problem is. However, I suggest not putting your personal mailing address in the contact form because it's not being sent over a secure server. From the looks of the article on ANN, the majority of the problems are with Volume 2.

at what point is the disc supposed to mess up? because I was skimming through mine and it worked ok.

Most people are having issues with accessing the special features. I'm hot having any trouble in either of the sets i bought

I know that with mine in particular that episode 9 was skipping and that the extras were taking longer than usual to load. Nothing too major on my end but others have probably had worse issues than mine.

I bought the SE box set and the issue I have is with DVD 2. I already took it back to best buy and exchanged it but I had the same problem. Bandai sent me a paper to fill out and send it to them with the dvd. I would suggest contacting bandai about it.

I already contacted Bandai and haven't heard anything from them. I suppose they have a backlog of messages, heh.

They just replied to me yesterday. And that was after I sent them 2 emails.
