You may post pictures and links, but if their site explicitly states to 'not post or reproduce', please adhere to their wishes. If they ask you to take a picture down, please do so.

I think fanartists that do not want promoted are in the minority, so not allowing any would be a loss for the community in general.

I deleted the previous post since it seemed like it would give the wrong impression to a casual reader.

I saw what happened at the post a day back and thought it was a shame that the fanartist decided to move her entire site, but I didn't want to discourage people from finding new, great artists. ^_^!
