If this Extraction thing is starting this month, I don't think it itself could be an anime, since that'd get a lot more pre-publicity. Serial implies to me a written story - manga or novel series, perhaps? Though it might be tied into a new animated something.

Are any of those scanned pages the 187 in question?

idk, he looks pretty chill? At least he doesn't look angry like in that one scan of him holding naked C.C. Why anyone would look unhappy while holding a naked C.C. is beyond me, but it's Lelouch, so...

The manga is coming for sure. We know that much because it's already been mentioned. But this seems to be referring to something else. Iiiiiidk.

And I keep refreshing the thread on /a/ but so far this is it. I assume the two weird screen shots in the second page scan are from the new anime or whatever is coming.

Hey there, it's the two main characters from Code Geass! =D (In b4 Rolo gets more attention than Suzaku, CC or Kallen together)

I don't think there's any other important piece of news yet since 2ch hasn't been saying much.... Hmm, well something about the word "bokura" (we) which is written there in one of the caps (the whole line is "in the broken world, we dream" and then "Eleven boys and girls" which at first glance you'd interpret as Japanese but it could be referring to the actual number too o-o) and apparently it's said by the/some protagonist of this new series thing and they seem to be debating who it can belong to since Lelouch doesn't use boku (though he did as a child). The scan itself raises the question "is it Lelouch or...?"

Conclusion: The new series is all about Rolo. You know Sunrise wants it

Lelouch looks so sad and pretty but WTF is up with those pants. Also, I am so so bored of them making Rolo look as feminine as possible. It was Lelouch's gimick since he's typically flamboyant, but with Rolo, it just makes him look very special. I like Rolo when he's being ROLO and not fanbait. Honestly, I just miss scary Rolo who would cut a bitch for even looking at Lelouch the wrong way. Although the locket hanging off his belt is super cute.

... Also I miss Suzaku.

Incidentally (and based more on conversations I have seen elsewhere on the internet), is it just me that gets the impression that the Lelouch&Rolo picture is entirely there because of this interview, and has absolutely nothing to do with the content of this new project, whatever it is?

It's like that Euphie pic a while back, a way of keeping Geass in the media eye without actually giving away any information of value. (Which will only actually be revealed when people give away their moneys to Sunrise on this Birthday DVD).

And Geass EXTRACTION is the title of this article, not the new project
