GAH. Suzaku, as completely hot as that outfit is (capes = win as Zero so clearly demonstrates), get back in the damn flightsuit. We like looking at your ass.
So, as Sunrise likes to tease us, I'm throwing out that the little royal-looking bish in the background is a Zero-wannabe and it's actually him in the Zero costume on the left. He certainly has the CLAMP hips for it. Lulu is off somewhere designing himself a new costume to surpass wannabe-Zero's so he can take back his position as the gheyist looking revolutionist ever.

Eek, confusing scan! The boy looks a lot with Lelouch, but when I compare him to the child Lelouch and even normal Lelouch, see that they don't look alike... not THAT MUCH. He may be some kind of random brother or something...

I suspect the new character is actually Lelouch. I mean, just think about if Lelouch had a happier expression and got a haircut it looks just like him. Perhaps they'll pull an amnesia twist or something (which is probably going to be profoundly stupid but whatever). I don't think they'd bother printing a question like that if there wasn't something to it (or maybe they just want us to think that there is).
Yeah I agree that Sunrise would pull something like that XP.(Think about Mwu La Flaga/Neo from GSD!)
Just look at him! If Lelouch suddenly went through some emotional tragedy or blew up along with the sakuradite bomb and somehow survived...he would probably look something like that. AKA the complete opposite. The "mysterious, spontaneous brother" spoof is too old :P.

I have a wild guess,that the kid in the middle named Roro is Nanali,

It does look an awful lot like Nunnally. Every time I look at them I'm struck with the resemblance. I don't know if it's intentional, though, and the eyes are just a little off in colour.
