I don't know if this has been brought up before, but...
How EXACTLY are we supposed to pronounce "Lelouch?"
I mean, I've tried to figure it out, but all sound weird to me. I just don't quite get how Ruruushu is supposed to translate to Lelouch. ( "Lay-loach?" "Lee-lock?" "Lee-looch?")
I know the dub is coming out soon, but I wanna know if, as of yet, there is an official pronunciation for it. Cuz I'm stumped.

I guess the REAL question is how to pronounce Geass.

It does give me a little smile to pronounce it "GAY-ASS", though. XD

"Le-loosh" (hence the Japanese proununciation of "rurushu")

At least, that's how I believe it should be (since if it was "Le-loosh", the 'e' will sound like 'eh' instead of 'uh').

But I pronounce it the French way.

I don't think either is wrong since it's just a variation, if you catch my badly worded drift.

I don't think any American dubbing company would use "Luuluush" when his name is clearly L-E-L-O-U-C-H. But this coming from a girl who's just grateful they aren't saying it "Leh-lowch". XD

It's a French name? Odd, I never heard that. Then again, by it's spelling, I should have known.
At least I know how to pronounce it, but to me, he will always be Ruru-kun. <3

I dunno if that makes it even harder to pronounce but it doesn't make me think too much about japanese and their way with english words = =+

It's a interview of Claude Lelouch. You can hear the pronunciation
