Ugh... As horrible as this sounds, I was kind hoping Nunnally was actually dead and would be staying dead. Not because I hate her or anything, but because, like... It was such a good plot twist that to just back peddle and be like "LOL JUST KIDDING SHE'S ALIVE" is so lame. Plus I feel it made the story more interesting. At least, I thought it did.

Sigh. Sunrise, stop destroying your own plot twists. I mean really.

That sister complex can only be stretched so far and eventually it pangs into everyone's mind as utterly ridiculous. Her death separates Lelouch from that insane sister complex. Although it momentarily caused Lelouch to lose all hope, it causes Lelouch to find a more realistic means of a drive. Rather than focusing on his sister constantly, he has to deal with the world presented before him.

Lame-tastic... But how the hell will they explain how she got away from FLEIJA? Then again, I am sure they can fabricate a last moment farted excuse of an explanation, expecting us to think it is the most fabulous plot twist of all the series... BAW.

She should have stayed dead, not that I don't like her...

Her death changed Lelouch and showed that he still had a reason to fight other than for his sister complex. Then again CG is about colourful variations of sibling complexes...

What should we expect? Does Sunrise want us to moe and cry for Lelouch and how everyone he trusted bit him in the ass whilst he dies a lonley death? Or in the remaining episodes should we expect more sister complex, ie. Lulu trying with everthing he had to convince Nana that she should be near him? Or are we expected to watch how all of the plot development -or the lack of it- about Lulu's reasons flushed into the toilet as Lulu also kills his sister?

I am still hopeful that Schnizel will force her to stand against Lulu by maybe threatening her with... what...I don't know.

I can never convince myself -even if I see it- that Nana would turn against him without even listening to Lulu...

Lame... So very lame and I feel bad now.

HA, I WAS RIGHT! Oh ye of so little faith. =P

There was a good post about it on /a/ a loooong time ago. Basically, there were two planes (check the episode; they're there). Nunnally launched first, without escort. Romeyer launched in the second plane, with escort. Note that Sayoko barges in to Nunnally's plane earlier, with no sign of Romeyer anywhere. And later, we see Romeyer on the plane, seemingly unaware of the Black Knights with Nunnally. And note that the people getting owned in the end were the escort of Knightmares. As for Rolo, he was just wrong. He got there late, after Nunnally had already launched, and only saw Romeyer's plane get owned.

As for the spoilers, I can't say they were unexpected. Sunrise/LOL ANGST otp.

Well, Nunnally alive is probably better than dead. She's ok, don't like nor hate, but I thought she was important enough to deserve a more dramatic end than a sudden flash of light with no before death "I love you" speech like Shirley or Rolo.

If Nunnally's back, I'll be glad, because her death never felt believable to me -- in the sense that it felt unfinished.

But does anyone else feel this might just end the same way as Marianne's return? :/ If they're going to "resurrect" Nunnally, I hope they don't decide to immediately kill her again (complete with tearful reunion with her nii-sama).

Ditto to your comment. I didn't want to "cheapen" her death by believing she didn't die, but...

I think it would be too cruel for them to kill her "again". (Plus some people mention Lelouch is promised a good ending. How can he have a good end without Nunnally? oh my biased opinion.)
If they do kill her off for sure I will be devastated. >>
