my guess is animedia, no idea which issue tho. you can see animedia in the small text up there, but that's about all i can see ^__^;;

the small text on the top says "animedia DVD vol.5 5th furoku" so it's something related to animedia's DVDs?? since i dont think it's code geass's DVD vol.6, it's more possible that it's the furoku of the DVDs released by animedia? o.0

it is from the 5th volume of a magazine called "animedia dvd"
