My favorite pairing is Lelouch x C.C. & Suzaku x Euphemia.
I actually dont support Lulu X C.C., but for me its the best pairing for Lulu then Shirley.

And I'm slowly falling into the world of yuricest with Euphimia/Cornelia (because, despite incest being my personal ICK ICK ICK...they are REALLY pretty and sweet together!).
But I also like Jeremiah/Villeta (although, it looks like she's going to be paired with that rebel guy...until her amnesia wears off, at least) and Cornelia/Guilford (because if I have to chose a Princess/Knight pairing I would rather that one than Euphemia/Suzaku).
I don't really like Lulu with Kallen or C.C because he's been using them both so much for so long...it doesn't seem right to me.
And I don't really like Suzu/Euphemia because I think the Princess/Knight thing is overdone and a little cliche).

Anyway, I say Suzaku/Euphemia is the best hands-down. Even if everyone knows that it will be TRAGICALLY BROKEN UP by Suzaku/Kallen and Lelouch/Euphemia, because THEY'RE ON AN ISLAND TOGETHER OBVIOUSLY THAT MEANS TRUE LOVE lol.
After that, I dig everyone/Lelouch, but Kallen/Lelouch is my favorite. I also like Jeremiah/Villetta, Cornelia/Guilford, and Milly/anything female, but especially Milly/Shirley and Milly/Nina ♥_♥
...oh, and C.C./Lloyd.
